Mahari currently accepts orders for delivery within India. Shipping availability and any applicable charge are shown at checkout before payment.
Order processing
Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 2–4 business days. This allows time for a final quality check and careful packing. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery estimates
Delivery time begins after dispatch and varies by destination and carrier service. Any date shown at checkout or in tracking is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Remote-area delivery, public holidays, severe weather, or carrier disruptions can add time.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address or phone number used at checkout. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan.
Address accuracy
Please review the delivery address before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if something is wrong. We cannot guarantee a change after dispatch, and additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be payable by the customer.
Damaged or missing parcels
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the outer packaging before opening it. If the tracking shows delivery but the parcel is missing, or if the contents are damaged, contact us promptly through the Contact page with your order number and supporting photographs.
